VisualFormix shipping Policy

Ground Shipping

Ground shipping via UPS is available in all fifty states. For commercial addresses, UPS will guarantee the day of delivery. (See their website at http://www.ups.com for details.) However, scheduled delivery days may occasionally be revised due to volume and/or distribution changes.

Ground shipping is available for all items

Shipping will be charged to you on your order

Not all shipping options are available on all products.

Orders for items to be shipped overnight or two-day must be placed no later than 12:00 noon Pacific Time to ship the same day. Applies to in-stock items only.

All hazardous materials may have longer delivery periods and are subject to additional fees.

VisualFormix does not ship to foreign countries, please contact us for exceptions

VisualFormix does not ship to PO, APO or FPO addresses.


Two-Day Shipping

Two day shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air is available in all fifty states. Delivery is guaranteed by the end of the second business day.

***To use this option, the items in your order must be in stock and you must place your order no later than 12:00 Pacific Time to ship the same day for second day delivery. For example, if you place your order by 12:00 noon on a Monday, it will reach your destination by the end of the business day on Wednesday.***

Customer Account Shipping

This option will allow you to enter your UPS account number and apply your rate toteh order, if you choose this option; VisualFormix will not be responsible for any fright cost, additional fee as applied by UPS.

At this time VisualFromix only accepts UPS accounts.

 



The following basic policies apply to all purchases at VisualFormix:

Airfreight options are not available on all products.

All freight charges are calculated based on packaged item weights.

Orders for items with available stock required to be shipped by airfreight (next day or two day programs) must be placed no later than 12:00 noon Pacific Time in order to ship the same business day.

Hazardous materials and certain heavy or oversized items may take longer to arrive and cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Hazardous materials cannot be shipped air freight.

Currently we do not ship to foreign countries.

All orders ship by ground transportation, unless otherwise requested and authorized by our customers.

Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. All orders to these destinations must ship via airfreight.

We do not ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

VisualFormix Return Policy

1. Defective Products 

All defective products must be returned within 21 days of the invoice date.* Defective converted blankets must be accompanied by a press sheet. Defective hardware including, but not limited to SmartChip generic memory, or print heads may be returned for an identical replacement product only. Materials that have been cut, trimmed, altered from their original form, or incorrectly used may not be returned.

If your product is not functioning properly, please Email our Technical Support Department at \"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"rma@visualformix.com  as soon as possible (but not later than 21 days from purchase). In most instances, our highly skilled Tech Support representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. However, in rare instances, a product is defective. In such case, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. Replacement items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department. Custom orders, volume licensing program software, and products designated as "all sales final", "no returns" or similar language may not be returned.

If you would like a replacement item you will need to place a new order for the same product. Once the defective product is received you will be credited the full cost of the item(s) plus shipping costs of the original product.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number for each defective product from our customer service department. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Each RMA number is good for a specific product only. Also, all products must be returned within 21 days of the invoice date, regardless of when the RMA was issued.

All products and packaging must be returned in resalable condition. Any returns not in resalable condition may be subject to a repackaging fee.

All returns must include the original packing slip. You must also write your RMA number on the box and mailing label.

 

2. Non-Defective Products 


All non-defective products must be returned to Pitman Web Store for a refund or replacement within 21 days of the invoice date. The manufacturer\'s packaging must be unopened. We do not accept returns on non-defective merchandise that has been opened. SmartChip (including, but not limited to Generic or Generic Memory may not be returned. They may only be replaced if it found to be defective upon delivery. Materials that have been cut, trimmed, altered from their original form, or incorrectly used may not be returned.

When you purchase any product from us you are entitled to its manufacturer\'s warranty against defective merchandise. Several of our major electronic manufacturers\' policies require that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with their own policies. Please contact the vendor that is listed in your warranty card.

Please Note:

Closed packages: Because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version. If the supplier\'s original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 21 days from purchase for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Return shipping to us is at your own expense.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number from our customer service department at rma@visualformix.com for each non-defective product you wish to return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Each RMA number is good for a specific product only. You may be asked to provide the product serial number. All products must be received by within 10 business days of the RMA issuance. Also, all products must be returned within 21 days of the invoice date, regardless of when the RMA was issued.

All products and packaging must be returned in resalable condition. Any returns not in resalable condition may be subject to a repackaging fee.

All returns must include the original packing slip. You must also write your RMA number on the box and mailing label.

You will not be refunded for any shipping costs.
