Yes it is true - we believe that on-line is the way to go in order to save costs.
adding fees is not the way to gain trust - so in VisualFormix all orders over 175$ comes with our FREE ground shipping, no other hidden fee.

4. I have tried other third party inks, but was not satisfied with
their performance. What has been the market acceptance of Bordeaux's Ink?
VisualFormix carry only top brand third party and OEM original INK.
on our Bordeaux line, their Ink has been sold in the world marketplace for over 2½ years.
most inks are 100% compatible with Roland ™ VersaCAMM ™ and SOLJET™ printers at all revision levels of the firmware.
It has performed excellently resulting in customers claiming it is as good or better than the OEM ink!

6. Does using Bordeaux Ink void my Warranty or Service Agreement?
No.
Using Bordeaux Prime Eco Ink does not void your Limited or Extended Roland Warranty or Service Agreement.
Bordeaux warrants that adhering to Technical Data Sheet instructions will ensure specified ink performance.
Should damage occur and be linked to an ink problem, Bordeaux offers coveradge under warranty's terms and conditions for duration of the factory warranty.
VisualFormix will assist in connecting you with the manufacturer (Bordeaux) to start the process.

"Bordeaux supports the OEM warranty as related to ink performance and interaction with machine parts such as tubing, pumps, printheads, dampers, capping stations, wipers, etc. Our inks use a solvent system in the same chemical family as the OEM ink.
In the event of a suspected ink problems, the lot number of the ink should be immediately sent to us. We will immediately relay this information to our Help Desk at the factory. Please also note that in the procedure for converting to Eco-Solvent Ink, the customer should make a nozzle and test print as a control before putting in the Bordeaux cartridges. After running two cleaning cycles to ensure that the Bordeaux ink is fully into the system, another nozzle and test print are run. Keeping these initial prints is important, so that the Bordeaux ink prints can be immediately compared to the OEM ink prints, and can also be used as a standard vs. subsequent prints. Bear in mind that printer parts do not have infinite lifetimes, and some discretion is always needed when determining the root cause of a problem.
If the Bordeaux ink is determined to be the cause of a problem, Bordeaux will replace the ink and any part shown that has been adversely affected by the ink."
8. Do you ship international and how much will the shipping be ?
Yes, VisualFormix will ship world wide !
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping outside of the lower 48 states in the US.
Due to shipping cost, we find that a small pallet of ink is the most economical way for international order.
The preferred method of international shipment is collect, if you are already in contact with an air or sea forwarder you can get a rate quote from CA zip code 95054 to your location and notify VisualFormix on the details and you account and we will arrange the pickup. in case you prefer to pay for shipment please include your axact address in an email to Orders@visualformix.com or via our web site and we can get you a rate quote per order as they change based on weight and qty.
You are responsible for any tax and duty to release it from customs.
Payment must be cleared in advance in USD before any shipment is made
9. what acceptable payment forms you accept ? what is your address and bank account details ?

10. What is the color gamut of the Bordeaux Inks compared to that of the Roland inks?
The color gamut of the Bordeaux Inks is almost identical to the gamut of the Roland inks.
It is actually very slightly wider in the range from Red to Magenta, and Magenta to Blue. Because of the close match to the OEM colors, there is NO NEED TO PROFILE.
11. How do I install my Roland, Mutoh or Mimaki printer ?

Most of the Bordeaux in are "mix and match" that mean that no Flush is needed depending on the printer and ink used - click here to see more information on the mix and match and look for the mix and match logo on the product page.
12. Can we just insert the cartridge as is or would we need to buy materials for flushing or re-profiling?
Don't I need to flush the ink when I switch from OEM ink to Bordeaux Ink?
No flushing is required as a result of Bordeaux's ink being chemically compatible with Roland's OEM ink. However, if you're changing from another third-party ink you will need to flush.

13. What is the recommended Roland ™ VersaCamm ™ SP-540V capping station maintenance procedure ?
General: To ensure highest level of inks performance, we are recommending capping station cleaning procedure to be preformed once a month.
Procedure:
1. Switch printer OFF
2. Remove the I/S COVER
3. Using the special tool, lower the capping station unit
4. Move the HEAD CARRIAGE slowly leftwards so it is not above the capping station unit. Be careful that the head does not strike the media or media clamp.
5. Using an eye dropper, top the capping stations with flushing fluid. Be careful not to overfill.
6. Turn printer ON
7. Run one cleaning cycle. The capping station unit will return automatically to its original position
