Light Solvent Based Pigment PRIME PS21 inks are pigment-based, specially developed for Mimaki TM JV33 printer to produce colorful, photo-realistic images that are UV and water resistant.Ps21 ink is fully compatible with OEM Mimaki SS21 inks, no need to flush the printer, no need for new profiles, the ink can be mixed with OEM SS21 inks, 440ml chipped cartridges: true plug and play solution.

This is also known as Washing Liquid, it is a permanent  220ml cartridge and the flush liquid is being used by the printer between prints to claan and maintain the printing head  clean and fresh

Bordeaux’s PRIME based inks are recommended for use with all media used with Solvent based inks, coated and un-coated substrates can be utilized.

Print Life is increased with Lamination resulting in increased resistance to outdoor conditions

PERFORMANCE AND OUTDOOR DURABILITY

Bordeaux’s PRIME PS21 solvent-based pigmented inks are designed for maximum outdoor resistance to color fading caused by exposure to the sun, precipitation, ozone, wind and pollution. When used with proper care and color management, color divergence from the original print will be minimal.  He accelerated weathering tests performed on pigmented ink series show a durability of approximately 24 months in outdoor conditions in zone 1 (strong Arizona and Florida type exposure).

SHELF LIFE

Shelf Life is maximized by storing between 50°F to 86 °F (10 °C - 30°C)

Inks stored under these conditions are warranted for 12 months from date of manufacture

WORKING INSTRUCTIONS

·       Run a nozzle print and standard test print for a reference point

·       Just “Plug and Print” when replacing the OEM inks

·       Flushing is recommended when  replacing non-OEM inks

·       Dampers are available, but do not  have to be changed

·       Begin Printing
